We were asked by the New York Times Magazine to illustrate their cover story about an assault in a public restroom. Unable to get access to the actual space, we were asked to create a realistic restroom with a similar look and feel. Using 3D prints of the porcelain fixtures, we created the walls and flooring. It was carefully lit and photographed for publication. The final deliverable was digital files, ready to go to print.
