Bedtime Stories with Ryan is a children’s program where the host, Ryan Reynolds, reads bedtime stories to kids from his home inside a Victorian dollhouse. Working with Vincent Peone at ArtClass, we were tasked to design and build a custom Victorian dollhouse. Working at 1:12 scale, we created distinct spaces with period wallpapers, custom light fixtures, and unique props. The rooms where Ryan would sit and read - kitchen, music room, library, solarium, theater- got extra special details. Elements in these rooms matched life-size pieces so interaction between the two worlds could be comped together virtually seamlessly.
